This will be simple and precise points based purely on my time with neverwinter and other mmprpg's.
First off, experience should scale with level properly and not be super easy then just expload at level 60 required xp.
Secondly, dungeons should be only for the levels shown, once you go past cap you can only solo or invite friends, your combat level that YOU EARNED should never be lowered or raised, same with the stats.
Thirdly, quests/side quests need a spot on the main menu that shows a list of every possible quest in the entire game, where to get them how to start them, to make it easier.
4th, anything pvp should be level AND item level qued. Meaning a level 70 with 800 item level will NEVER que with someone level 70 and 2k item level, better way to put it is skilled match making. It takes skill and effort to get those item levels why would i want my 4.2k IL SW teamed with some average joe 1.5kIL. (Isnt fair)
5th You must expand or your game will die. Ive seen it happen to games 50000 times bigger then you. 1 update could shut a game down or it could revive it. You need to be creating more classes constantly atleast one every 6 months(need a better healer etc)
6th , If you increase the level cap you need specific bosses dungeons whatever you wanna call it for that + missions, you should also be constantly atleast once every 5-7months or less. Be increasing level cap.
7th and final for now,
You need yo fix ypur marketing system, lower cost of zen, create mote supplies you will make bank, people love cosmetics in mmorpgs all the armor and cosmets you have are subpar at best. Create demonic or angel wings for a back attachment, make halos, make pink outfit for the girls or maybe a flaming skull for them? Seriously this is a time to shine for such a great game,
THATS FREE. Also you need to rework the special currencies you have and what you get for them.
