Need Mod/Dev advice. 2 times Chat banned in my OWN Chat Channel I created to HELP people w/ Mod 10

Ok, this is rediculous.. yesterday i get chat banned for recruiting to my SKT3K (SKT Content ONLY) channel OR by being Report Spamemed by people in the channel IDK... And sadly.. there seems to be no way to find out. And now.. 30 minutes after getting out of Chat Ban.. I'm Chat banned for another 24 hours.
It makes me sick that I try to HELP people deal with this super-challenging Mod and I become a victim of ABUSE of the Report Spam ability that people have. I have been chat banned previously for (long ago) for recruiting to my guild.. and i contact support and all i get is sorry.. can't help you and "it's only 24 hours".
In the 24hours I can't LFG... I can't manage my Channel... i can't even send professions resources to myself in the mail so I can do my crafting.
Seriously... do you developers want to continue to allow me to be at the mercy of people who will ABUSE this Report Spam Option?
I was FINALLY hoping to get my first SVA run today.. but.. not likely.
