drop rate from lootboxes

Hi everyone i know this has been said before but i will say it again the drop rate of excotic stuff from lootboxes is so HAMSTER it is untrue and for a guy who pays for vip and is new to the game i sometimes wonder why i should put my money into a game that does not reward the vip's better!!!!!
I also knwo it is not just neverwinter but most if not all mmorpg games that do it so i shouldbe used ot it by now but still i pay good money for vip and they just do not reward us enough so i will not be putting anymore money into the game unless arc sort it out,i really love playing this game they just need to sort it out fast

    What is there to sort out? The main benefits of VIP is all the QoL stuff it provides, not the lockbox key. Lockboxes is like the lottery. The majority of the player will never hit the jackpot. But you do get consolation prizes from it.

    Junk drops over the course of a month of VIP keys are also still worth enough to sell them, renew your VIP and have extra AD left over.
