Trail Marker

First, is there an easier way to get answers for errors and tech issues, I am having trouble with my trail marker (sparkly path you follow) it's no where to be seen! I've rebooted my system, I've checked my journal to make sure I don't have something checked I shouldn't, I'm lost

yeah, looks like is a common problem of the game, everyday the trail marker disapear, and need look the mini map to know where to go.

Sometimes the trail shows on the minimap but not the main screen. Usually there's none at all only when it forgets where the quest is and you see a red arrow on the quest itself.

Only 1 of my 4 characters has a quest path that is visible

My newer characters have the marker, my 64 rogue still does not and as the game gets harder it's very difficult to play!
