Cordon of Arrows can't crit at long distance. Crit CoA not activate some beats.

Cordon of Arrows can't crit at long distance. I discovered it by accident.
When I'm coming pretty close to the target, then he can crit.
When I am going quite far from the target, critical hits no longer happen.
I have 45% critical strike chance, when I'm close to the enemies. And 70% chance when I'm away.
I tested it on the dummy and on mobs - the result is the same.
Please, hunters check this and confirm.
If this is not enough, I will post a video.

UPD2. Video added. Crit CoA not activate some beats - Lostmauth Vengeance, Longshot (feat Archery spec). More precisely Longshot activated, but caused 0 damage.
