Can't set the farm at milabout as target

For about a month my guild, Champions Roost, has been unable to set the milabout as the contribution target. It was set as the target but then randomly changed to the guild hall lv2. Since that time if we try to set the milabout then game doesn't respond.it doesn't matter if we go to the sign at the milabout or if we do it from the menu under my guild. The result is the same you can bring it up but when you click A to set it the game does not respond. The other guild leaders and I all gave this problem and we all play on Xbox 1.
