Graphic lag issues in S.O.M.I since Thursday

@terramak
@panderus
@devs

So I did quite a few B.H.E before the spawn issue occured as did many people and now that they are spawning its having an insane affect on the client,

to give some context

1: SOMI on its own is fine on Ulta High Settings and on Low settings
2: SHE are fine no issues etc
3: sailing is fine and solo battles are fine

but when doing Big Heroic encounters:

1: Rubber banding (This is not packet loss or network based before you ask)
2: Skills taking 2-3-4 seconds to update i.e seeing damage numbers of buffs
3: freezes of client for 2 seconds
4: players stopping them starting etc

as mentioned i have tried these BHE's on Ultra low settings with Post off and bloom off and with normal settings .... Same result

My connection is 17mbps ADSL2+ and my Upload is 1mbps - this has always been fine for gaming

My system is 1 month old and its very High Spec

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 14393) (14393.rs1_release_inmarket.161102-0100)
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6600K CPU @ 3.50GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.5GHz
Memory: 32768MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 32710MB RAM

Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080
Manufacturer: NVIDIA
Chip type: GeForce GTX 1080
DAC type: Integrated RAMDAC
Device Type: Full Device
Display Memory: 24439 MB
Dedicated Memory: 8084 MB
Shared Memory: 16355 MB

1: MY hard drive has only 3 games on it nothing more and its a PCIE SSD 1500mbps R 1000MBPS Write
2: all my drivers are up to date
3: apart from the issues all my guild/allaince has in DF - never had issues like this before

Can you fix what you have broke please?

I would contact your "tech support" but all i get is copy paste script and not a real person to speak to

    This is taken from ARC/NW own website:

    Operating System
    Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10
    CPU Intel® Pentium® 4 at 1GHz, (Mid to High Range Dual-Core 2.5GHz CPU or better recommended.)
    RAM 1GB of RAM (2GB or more recommended for XP, 3GB or more for Windows Vista and Windows 7)
    Hard Disk 8GB Free HD Space
    Graphic Display 3D video chipset with pixel and vertex shader model 1.3 supported. GeForce 4 Ti4200 64MB or ATI Radeon 8500 64MB or newer for Windows XP. For Windows Vista and 7, a GeForce FX 5200 128MB or ATI Radeon 9500 128MB or newer is needed.
    Sound Drivers DirectX 9.0c Compatible Soundcard
    Network Broadband Internet Connection Required

    considering my SPEC is 10 fold better..... no reason for this issue apart from poor coding.... would like this fixed.
