missing bio..

Hello I am trying to see if this bug or issue can be resolved quickly I have created a bio it took me about 3 hrs to make cause I made a time line bio for my character after a week and a few days past i was told that my bio was gone erased I spoke to a few other people and found out that there's they spent time on also vanished I don't know if another player can delete others bio or not or a bug hit and erased it but I would like it to be resolved quickly because till it is I'm not taking another 3 hrs to make one just for it to vanish thank you I do hope it does get fixed till then good gaming happy hunting
