Who can i but things like lesser marks of potency and stuff like that from for upgrading my stuff

    potency you can buy from the atral vendor in the city.. all other marks you have to farm in The Dread Spire is a Dread Ring Campaign. which requires you to get Thayan Lair Key from Dread Ring Campaign store for 10 Vanguard Scrip

    It's also worthwhile looking at the AH (assuming it's not down... lol)

    I know that consoles are a different economy than PC, but certain marks (especially potency) go through cycles where their cost might drop below the wondrous bazaar due to event drops and sales.
