Fangbreaker end chest bugged even with keys in inventory.

So Finally after near 15 failed attempts prior to tonight finished Fangbreaker Island. Low and behold the end chest would not let me loot it. It was red text saying I needed the ancient runic keys from stormking campaign or a legendary lockbox key. I had at least 6 of each in my inventory.
I tried every known work around that neverwinter has shown us to be needed in fixing their short comings. I moved the keys in my inventory, I talked to every single npc at the end of the dock, I died two or three more times since hell .. died 40 times already what is three more if it means I can actually check the loot in end chest. NOPE. I was not the only person in our party who had this issue. MY real life girlfriend who plays a sw was also bugged with the same issue.
Now before anyone goes ohh ahh you didn't have the faction or such HAMSTER to open it... well let me remind you yes yes we did if we were both able to make those ancient runic keys.
Please look into this. One no one likes running fangbreaker and they sure as hell wont be interested in running it if the end chest is bugged.
