My quest keep getting stuck at current state:

Update: Seems it's only/at least one versions of it that behaves this way. I switched instance, restarted the quest, and it worked.
The bugged one is the one where one starts at the south eastern island, and move north towards the next two, before ending up on the island to the north east.
