Targeting bug

I have a SB fury SW who has developed targeting problems.
Spells like firebolt, dark spiral aura and killing flames sometimes split in 2 with half flying off behind me or to the side, go straight past the target or straight off to the right or left.
It is targeting companion, immo spirits and dead NPCs, casting immo spirits will fire off a random shot too, i get reduced damage still when it hits a wall nowhere near targets.
Seemed to coincide with getting archons but have tried with them idle and problems remain, anything with necrotic damage which is basically whole build is messing up.
This is only in pve, no issues whatsoever in pvp although i dont use firebolt in that.
Tried a ticket but have been told to post report here.
