How do you get to the correct instance of Icespire Peak in Defending the Swordcoast?

I've tried normal traveling and traveling from the Underdark and neither seem to lead to the right place.

Any instance is the right instance. First encounter is at the frozen river. Caches start outside of the triage camp; 2 low, 1 on the path up, and 2 above. Second encounter is across the axe bridge and down to the left.
