XBOX1 mail icon RED

in Peer to Peer Tech Forum
All 4 of my characters are showing RED mail icon. It says to delete messages before I can recieve more mail, however all my inboxes are EMPTY, there is nothing to delete. Logging out does not work, any suggestions ?
