[PS4] Drow CW Darkfire proc

I am playing a pure support MoF Renegade as a Drow. I've read many times that it is possible to multiproc Darkfire, the drow racial ability. However, I'm not able to do so. I proc 1 stack just fine, but never 2.
What is the best way to proc it? I've read that Trans Lightning enchant does the job, but I am very happy with my Trans Plague (also I don't really have resources to make one right now)

    Darkfire debuff is actually calculated a bit after certain powers/feats which have a higher priority.
    Furthermore, I think it doesn't apply to the crits unless the power's changed since MOD3...
