Unable to revive allies in H.E.

Kind of an odd thing has been happening to me mostly in W.O.D and Icewind pass heroic encounters. We are all fighting the demons/greater demon and someone goes down. i run to them to revive them and the prompt doesn't appear. i see the poor guy/girl pounding the button like crazy, and all i can do is look like a dummy running in a circle around them trying to make it come up but it doesn't and they end up dead. it's happened to me and i've seen people zooming around me in circles trying to help me, but i end up dead as well. it reminds me of how sometimes you have to walk around the raw black ice for a second or two before the mine prompt comes up. it doesn't happen very often, but at least once during my time in the above areas doing dailies. anyone else experience this??

Were they/you marked for PVP? People marked for PVP can only revive, and/or be revived by, others of the same faction who are also marked for PVP. I frequent the Icewind Pass heroics and see this all the time.

Hmmmm...I think you could be right Gadget. Occurs to me that one of the instances where this happened to me in icewind pass WAS at the H.E. by the bridge just adjacent to the pvp area. thank you
