Need assistance (PS4 Lag issue)

I like this game alot. But I am having difficulty playing it. This is a reoccurring problem. I have done my research. Did tweaks. Upgraded my internet to 20megs. I consistently run network speed checks and show a dl of 20+ and upload of 2megs. Why when I play this game do I constantly lag and rubberband. So bad in fact that it becomes unplayable. I have submitted tickets and got a response of, because so many people are playing this is expected. I can forward the message if you would like to see it. I'm playing on a Sunday night at 10pm and cannot help the raid due to lag. I would think this would be a low population time no? Can someone please help me so I can enjoy the game I have spent money on and tell me what I need to do on my end. Or is this just considered unimportant?

Have you shut down all of the other apps on your PS4 when playing?

Yes, I normally do a restart during the trouble shooting process

Are you able to do a tracert? I don't know if you have a computer or not. If you are able to do a tracert, please do one to patchserver.crypticstudios.com (this is the only approved server for doing tracert) to see if the problem lies with your ISP or if it's on Cryptic's end.

Please let me know if these results indicate anything, weird it says xbox when I play on a ps4. This tracert came from my desktop connected to the same router

Yep - hop 6 the numbers are a bit high, which could be indicative of where the issue is. Ummm, I honestly don't have enough technical knowledge to tell you the next step, so maybe someone with a bit more technical knowledge can help.

The fact that it says Xbox doesn't matter at all. It always says that.
