How to increase font size on the game UI

Howdy ladies and gents! Just want to know if anyone has a way to--
Increase the onscreen text on all UI, tooltips and chat, without actually blowing up the windows and the entire HUD
I could, one, go to Options -> Interface scale, but like I said that blows up all things including map, power tray and every bit else T_T
Could increase chat font size too but that only applies to chat, not power tooltips, descriptions and quest tracker.
Should just point out it's not a life threatening situation LOL but it's a good QOL improvement if anyknow knew how! I'm playing with a PC plugged into the living room flatscreen, wireless keymouse and all that, and it looks and feels awesome...
I just can't read the tooltips for the life of me!
