Plant growth (hunter ranger encounter power) doesn't work properly since last preview patch.
It only deals damage twice instead of four times.
It is probably linked to whatever was changed to prevent multi-hit encounters from triggering infantile compensation multiple times.
Plant growth also doesnt proc owlbear cub at all instead of only once.
