Some rings Pulled from demo, cn etc have become Character bound instead of staying Acount bound.

Everysingle ring i have pulled from dungeons/skirmishes have been acount bound yet when i actually needed my rising power ring that i shoved on my tr i noticed it eas character bound... i need that ring fot my dc but cannot trade it over.

If you put say a BtC enchantment (like the ones given for free in the pack) into one of those rings it will become BtC also.
