In pve if i damage (with encounters) targets without a Feytouched debuff i dont get the damage buff nor they the damage debuff if im in a party (maybe arena, didnt check) with someone already receiving a same buff, not just that but also: The damage buff drops almost imediatly while target debuff is persistent, not yet done GF's can share the Feytouched buff with 1 member of the team, the GF in question was using kv, commanders strike, itf.

uh oh! watch out fey pvpers!! maybe a bug nerf on the horizon!! I presume it may be interacting with how the new artifact weapon set bonus works... #scratchthenewsetbonus,savefeyandmakenewsupercoolsetbonustotallydifferentfromfeymechanicandgive@auntjimima100kkadjustforthehellofit.

it's sad if fey get's nerfed for pvp i got to pvp once in a while, but if that means a better performance in pve then im in, the main reason i got it was to debuff mobs and reducing my team damage by doing that is simply not right, but what are you talking about the new set, you found any bug or are you saying this because they have similar effects and dev dont want it to be that way?

There is a lot of things wrong with fey, Demogorgon for example The buff on player falls randomly before the 20 seconds, HR archer doesn't even get the buff, never ever, that GF's buff share was a thing and i'm sure because i was using a T.Dread at the time and i got several times Feytouched buff on me during a eTos run, GF using the powers i said above. PVP it's fine tough and in 5 men dungeons the Feytouched buffs dropping is less usual, but it does drop before the 20 seconds. About only one player receiving the damage buff from single target is this suposed? 2 days ago i was runing with a paladin and we both got the buff, it was 1 time only in the whole run.
