Launcher Problem 'connecting to account server' & disappear

Hello,
i'm tring to login Neverwinter but cant login. This s my problem
1- launcher update around 27mb
2- login page. it s asking my pasword.
3- connecting
4- patch around 170mb
5- patching done
6- connecting to acc server. play button appear
7- launcher disappear. gone.
launcher gone from screen but still workin background.
i cant login the game.
