Alchemy bug

in Bug Reports (PlayStation®4)
Last week during the crafting event my rank 16 wouldn't let me train I created a ticket and it was fixed a few days later since that time every try I've done countless times now has not yielded any basic knowledge to further my level I only get the greater unstable potion as a reward is this a known issue or after the countless attempts I'm just this unlucky please help

    no you are not unlucky, I also am stuck not being able to get the basic knowledge needed to rank up. I was at it for three days and nothing. someone told me during one of the 2x reward events it got bugged . have you heard anything more on that.?

    No I haven't heard anything when I reopened my ticket I was told to post here and have heard nothing guess no alchemy

    Is this going to be addressed and fixed sometime so I'm seeing more and more posts from people on alchemy bug thank you
