Re-installing? (forced)

I double clicked the Neverwinter icon on my desktop this morning and it looks like it's re-installing the game (the initial button even said 'Install'). Even clicking on the forums prompted me to enter a verification code, thinking this was a new computer. What's going on? I'm downloading/patching about 11 gigs worth.

    Ok, it's happening again. Logged on fine this morning, tried to log in just now and it's prompting me to install the game. What is going on?
