Unrefinable Illusionist's Mask

If during the previous Masquerade of Liars you dumped enough refinement points to exceed rank 60, your Illusionist's Mask will have a grayed-out "Refine" button.

However, there's a simple workaround: Add more refinement points. This will unlock the Refine button.

I can no longer refine regular items into my purple Illusionist mask!?! its like rank 69 and now i need event items to refine it?
