Do weapon enchant debuffs stack.

The big question I have in choosing what weapon enchant I want is if the same weapon enchant from multiple players will stack the debuff. People seem to adore dread these days and as a Temp Scourge it's very attractive to me too. However, it never fails that there are at least 3/5 in any given party running dread. Sure they all get the crit part, but do bosses get three times the debuff assuming all are the same rank dread?
If the answer is no, then Id like to ask what are some of the less popular debuffing but still very useful weapon enchants in PVE group settings. At the moment I'm looking at Feytouched and Plaguefire but if those are always going to be in the party too and wont stack than its still wasted debuff potential.
Finally if the same weapon enchant debuff doesn't stack are Dread and Terror considered different sources? (Sometimes games coding just copies the effect thus treating it as the same thing.
