what are the benefits of guild?

What are the benefits of being in a guild as opposed to running the streets wild, everyone says they have a market, but whats that market have that cant be gotten elsewhere? not looking for a complete list of market items, just a few examples. besides that, what else? i honestly have no clue what guilds do for you, im new-ish.

Hey, guilds offer you a community of players that you can run game content with, instead of trying to run things with randoms which sometimes doesnt work out so good. Guilds also offer you best in slot gear (mkt r4) which is not available anywhere else. You will also have guild boons that improve your characters stats.

Benefits:
1) loads of people to play with
2) the market place has dragonflight gear, lionsmane gear, and some PVP gear I didn't bother to look at, in addition there are overloads, companion overloads as well as special food items with good bonuses
3) group events like dragon flights are oodles of fun
4) Guild boons - like a magical stat boost...
5) if the guild is in an alliance that's even more people to play with - and you can visit all of the strongholds in the alliance.
6) if you get in a guild - it's really easy to leave if you don't like it

Negatives:
1) depending on how chatty they are -some of them can blow up your chat with nonsense
2) some of them are very demanding of your time/funds/etc
3) not all guilds are of the same play style as you - some are very rigid others you barely notice are there
4) some are full of people you would like to back over with your vehicle...
5) It's really easy for them to kick you if they don't like you
