Buying new campaign currency w/genies gift?

So I havnt really looked and I can't now cuz server issues or whatever, is there someone in the new areas that sell campaign currency for genies gifts?

    No, Genie's gifts do not have a function in Mod 10 currencies.

    These vendors are not generally implemented in the most current content areas till a few months after the area opens. Otherwise, many people would complete the new content without trying due to a stash of these things.
