Guild Hall not upgrading!

Hello there everyone,

Thank you for your time reading this. Recently, me, my boyfriend and 2 other people have been busy upgrading and spending a lot astral diamonds on our guild. 2 days ago we finally got the full resources to upgrade the guild hall to level 3. We went ahead and started upgrading the guild hall to level 3, and all resources were taken. We noticed that the timer wasn't moving and is stuck at 0 seconds and 0 minutes.

Now, we also noticed that we required 4 structures, so we decided to focus on the marketplace and we have now achieved that today. We waited 15 minutes with no issues and everything went well. The guild hall still isn't upgrading, and is saying 0 seconds and 0 minutes still. As I mentioned before the resources are taken but the hall isn't upgrading even after the Market was built.

Anyone had this issue? We can't progress building the guild further. I've submitted a ticket but I wanted to see if anyone has had any issues or overcame this problem. We have a marketplace, a lumber mill, farm, and a salvager. Thats all we can have and PVP structures isn't something we're interested in.

Has it been 48 hours (or longer) since you started building it? The guild hall takes 48 hours to upgrade from 2 to 3 (it's always guild hall level -1 amount of days to upgrade).

They shouldn't be able to build the market if they were in the process of upgrading the GH should they? It wouldn't let us have two things going at once.
