Support equals no support. How is it possible that I could purchase a companion pack on the Zen market and customer support does not believe such a thing exists? Been trying to work with perfect world for over a month and they are not helpful at all. Spent way too much money on this game for them not to want to get me any support

    To be fair, I'm not exactly sure what you are talking about when you say "Companion pack". That can mean any number of things. Do you have the name of the exact pack you purchased?

    They should know anyways because they can check his purchases..

    I agree the support just uses copy/paste stuff that doesn't apply and doesn't understand their own game.. for example they once told me that enchantments dropped in dungeons and stronghold are bound to account and that RP causes items to become bound to account if they are bound.

    They give you the runaround under the guise of "we prefer to leave the game techniques up to players" or something...

    I agree, they should. The thing is though, that guy in some manner represents the company. He wants to help you from what I can see. Did you purchase companion slots? Or did you purchase one of the class booster packs which come with a companion? Or did you buy a key and get a companion pack from a lockbox?
