Black death scorpion

Hello guys. How do you find black death scorpion as active companion. He has 3 off slots and a move that poisons the enemy (easy activation of bondings i think). I know that its not the best choice but i think its nice.

    He should be good for bonding runestones, and two ring slots is nice, but doing 700 damage every 30 hits or so is a lousy active bonus. There are companions that work as well for bondings that either have better active bonuses (fire archon), or do much more damage (shadow demon).
