Motion sickness in new area

I'm experiencing nausea when playing first area with new mod.
Does anyone have a solution for this?
I can't play for more than a few minutes at a time.
I've tried sitting closer/further from tv, but I just can't seem to adjust my eyes or whatever to the movement.

    Not motion sickness, but definitely a solid headache. Eye strain is a significant contributor to the majority of headaches...

    Try focusing on a large set piece and follow it. I feel the same way. All the white on the hillside with not much to focus on, combined with not knowing the map is my theory as to my problem with it.

    The problem I find is that I end up squinting trying to make out the spark trail against the white background, I realise when I have to go take a cocodamol to shift the headache...
    It might help if the trail were a different colour in Ice zones.

    Even the items dropped such as options look blue like a r5 drop. There are some very questionable choices of color in this game. Especially in the AH with white numerical values placed over a white item. It is hard to see the fairy <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> dust over the snow.
