PS4 Wild Hunt Rider viability for HB paragon

I am currently running with PoP, BoVA and DT and wonder if these abilities have a chance to proc Wild Hunt Rider with each tick? It seems like it would be a good choice if its possible to keep its uptime consistent.

    Yeah im pretty much positive every tick can proc it, as ive had Wild Hunt pop up in the middle of a dreadtheft a few times.
    (unless im missing something)
