Lonely Wood Fishing Bugged

Working on the fishing quest for 45 minutes and only at 150/200 fish. Casting keeps coming up empty after full animation.

It worked fine on the first day in Lonely Wood.

If you have this problem, try switching to a lowly populated instance - seemed to help. Also, logging out and reloading helped some as well.

They fish were not biting very well yesterday, lots of empty casts for me and boots...lots of boots.

Best method I've found is to only fish from each spot once, switch instances, and repeat. I've rarely, if ever, gotten multiple fish from one spot.

Fishing was good yesterday, although my character insist on casting into the sand. Multiple fish from the same spot, but in general, I too just hit each spot once and move to the next.

I have never gotten multiple fish from one spot. I have fished a spot after someone fished it once and gotten a fish. To me it seems like it was programmed that way so we work together fishing instead of being greedy and draining spots to nothing.

I get the boot joke, but could they get a lower rng.
