Is the Astral Deva in the psn store only redeemable for 1 character?

Hello, was wondering if the Astral Deva in the psn store was only redeemable for 1 character or for all characters like other companions if purchased from the zen market. Thanks

I thought Zen Store Companions were Bind on Equip...so, only one character got them when purchsed.
I thought it was only Zen Store Mounts that were account-wide.

The Deva is not like that. He is bind on equipped.

He was in the PSN store because the first week he was an EPIC companion that was really cheap. After the first week he went back to Rare and price went up to the normal pricing of a Deva companion.

Companions in the Zen store are single purchase as well.

One quick caveat to my earlier comment.
Companions from the class packs are redeemable on all characters.
