Seeker's Vengeance issues:
1) Rank IV giving 16% more damage instead of 19%.
2) Thorned Roots damage is not buffed by this class feature.
3) Seems that damage buff not working with meele powers.
NOTICE: I wasn't able to test this enough because there not exist a weapons for the HR with fixed damage.
