As for some reason my other post was closed down I am putting up another one so here it is.
Equip bonus (Cure Wounds) on the twisted set for the Paladin in the picture below, and what its supposed to do.

The green icon is Cure Wounds, and its only applying to myself, and not the rest of the party.
