What is the Arc Client?
Install Arc

They include the proxy option - then give a warning about using it?

Clicking on the EU proxy (as I'm in the EU), immediately brings up a warning that it can cause stability issues.
So I've got to ask - Why put proxy options in if they're going to cause problems - or do they in fact work ok?

"Mod 6. Oh my f****** god. It gutted the game pure and simple. And what wasn't gutted was messed up by the poorly thought out new level cap and equip. The game never recovered from that atrocity".
..............not this one then.............

As magenubbie said it is less of a warning and more of a disclaimer.

It might help. It might not. In fact if you live in the United States and use the Eu Proxy I would absolutely expect a speed decrease.

The warning/disclaimer is for those who may not be aware of what the option is. Nothing more. :)
