Hello, I see there will be a release of mod 10 for class rebalance Oct 18th. At what time will this happen? Where there be outage? Is there a link that has all of this info?

every update on tuesdays are usually at 7AM PT sense this is a mod update might be longer then 2 hrs

My questions not is, are we getting respec tokens?
I have all three classes and they are pretty big changes.
