New Dungeon/Content suggestion (Non-repetitive EGC)

For starters let me say i'm not going to throw out names and details because i doubt they'd implement any ideas i have to the letter, so why bother.

I had an idea to combat the unending repetitiveness that comes with the inevitable end-game wall. Dungeons are fun, don't get me wrong, but I can only hear "The payment is.... Adequate.." like 100 or so times before it becomes more tedious than anything.

So, -Generic Bad Guy Name- has gotten his hands on a long forgotten an immensely powerful artifact. I like to think of it as a Nightmare Orb personally, but again, balls in your court here. He (or she) must be stopped, naturally, so we all need to grab our torch and pitchforks and put a stop to this non-sense. You could even make a campaign out of it if you want, go nuts. That's not the important bit here, the dungeon is the important bit.

So, the actual dungeon idea here is this: This new powerful bad guy can use his new powerful artifact to essentially make our worst nightmares a reality. What does that look like in an actual content form? A certain number of settings, a certain number of mobs, and a certain number of bosses, randomly generated everytime you queue into said dungeon, to essentially form a fresh scenario every time. So lets say for instance theres 5 total possible settings (The overall look and layout of the dungeon), 20 or so random mob collections (The little peon enemies you clear on the way to the bosses), 10 interim bosses (The pre-bosses you fight before getting to the big kahuna), and 5 end bosses (The big kahuna). As you queue up it will randomly pick 1 setting to fight in, a random collection of the mobs you will face, 2 interim bosses you will face along the way, and 1 end boss from the end boss pool to do everything in its power to crush your feeble attempts of slapping generic bad guy in the face for his foolishness. All of this would be randomly picked from the available selections leaving you with a, more often than not, fresh experience. Just based on the numbers I threw out that makes 5,000 possible scenarios based upon what gets loaded in (That number assumes they do it how i imagine and that I don't suck at math).

Another thing that makes this special is that it would all be a nightmare of sorts, meaning normal reality goes out the window and you can have some fun with impossible scenarios. For instance, one boss that would be an awesome fight (In my opinion) would be to put us up against the adventuring party of the main storyline heroes. Makos, Dizzt, that rogue chick, the hot cleric lady, and maybe the stumpy dwarf tank guy (I cant remember their names tbh), as a boss fight. It'd never happen under normal circumstances (Unless it has and Im not aware) but in a nightmare world? Totally plausible.

All in all this could be a way to go nuts with some crazy ideas as well as making an end game situation that people can be running for a long time without it feeling completely overplayed and tedious due to it being different every time(ish) you play it.

Thanks for taking the time to read this, assuming anyone does.
Questions, concerns, comments?

P.S. I didn't feel like going back and looking for typos and grammar errors. If its terrible, I apologize.

Oh, and one other thing I forgot to mention, You could add and take out bosses/settings/mobs etc as you like over time. It could work as a platform to add in random minor content to keep things fresh without having to design an entire new dungeon just for the sake of one boss idea you had. Just plug that badboy into this "Dungeon" and let us have at him.
