Black ice weapons

Ok I am getting sick of trying to find these things and no one seeming to know what happened. Does anyone know how to get them? And if it is they are removed from the game they should be put back in so we can get them at the shop. or if they are in just put them in the shop. The armor looks great but you do not give us the weapons? And no one please say "They are useless." Because I will just say "But you can have your weapon look like it there for has a use."
