crab not displaying properly

i had made a post in the wrong topic for how i was having issues with my crab mount not displaying properly cause when i tried to do a ticket as well that support told me they couldn't do anything to help me cause what the crab mounts is acting like is a invisible horse or armored boar on reins where this has been going on for about 3 to 4 weeks now where i hope you can look into it
