ARC uninstalling all my games.

A few days ago I had a friend on Steam that told me that Arc removed all his games from its library. He woke up one day and went to launch Neverwinter to find that it was removed from his system along with the other three main games he plays being Star Trek Online (STO) and Champions Online (CO). We were talking about this and we couldn't really understand the reason for this when none of the games were going over maintenance or anything of the sort. In the end he had to re-install the games all over again and now after a few weeks... All my games in my Arc library have also been removed and uninstalled for no reason apparently. I have re-install every single game I had on Arc once again and this is annoying, so I want to know if anyone else has had this problem also and what the heck is happening with Arc that this is happening, because I seriously do not want to have to be re-install long downloading games that take forever to install into my system every month!
