Tyrannical Curse benefiting twice from specific debuffs

Testing conditions:

SW: No feats in build, no boons, no weapon enchantment, no debuffs of any kind.

DC applying condeming gaze two dummies and broken armor (high prophet) + bronzewood on the secondary target hit by TC secondary hits, using break the spirit. Condemned (condeming gaze) was applied on both targets but the primary target of TC was never hit by the DC.

The log values indicated that the SW using TC benefited twice from the condemning gaze debuff on the primary target of TC, but not on the secondary target of TC (the one hit by reflect hits).

We also tested divine glow, bronzewood, broken armor, on the primary target and none of these debuffs gave the same results.

Condemning Gaze stacked on a dummy because you were hitting two dummies, this is a bug that has nothing to do with Tyrannical Curse.

You know if you want to dig through my post history there's more interesting stuff. I am also able to identify and count the number of stacks of a debuff, which i did otherwise i wouldn't have posted that.
