Can my main buy a decent gear for my lvl 60+ alts?

So, I have this main who's got enough seals, black ice etc. to buy stuff for his colleagues (a.k.a. alts). But apart from some rings, belts and stuff like this I don't seem to find any place where one can buy armor for other classes below lvl 70. Even the Drow undies are for the main's class only (and lvl 70 as well).
Did I miss something?
EDIT: Sorry, after posting I realised it's probably in the wrong category. It's not only about PvP gear. It's about any gear.
