Do Insignia Bonuses stack?

Do they stack? If so, what's the diminishing returns like? Three particular bonuses I'm looking at are Assassin's Covenant and Calvary's Warning, and Artificer's Persuasion. Thanks in advance.

    To provide a bit more clarity - they stack, but beyond the first, you'll only get 25% of the first bonus.

    So, if an Insignia Bonus provides a 10% boost, the second will give 2.5% (12.5% total). You have to fill all 5 slots with the same bonus to achieve double the first value.
