Hello , can you bring back removed collection of dread ring,sharandar,rise of tiamat and make it droppable like in castle never with transmute/salvageable sets...

I believe they did re-introduce them back into the game.

In Mantol Derith (Underdark) there is a new vendor over by where Breunor hangs out. They sell those gear pieces, thought they are of white variety and are only intended for transmutes purposes.

You can buy them with currency that you get from doing Breunor's daily quests for the Maze Engine campaign, I forget what they are called. But when you complete the quests, which there are two of now, you get this chest in your inventory that awards 100+ at a time.
