Guild Stronghold (Building) ?

I feel I know the answer but want to confirm if anyone knows exactly how this works. I'm assuming I, our guild has to build at least one of the PvP structures to continue building the Guild Hall since it requires 4 structures built to progress. Currently we built the Lumberyard, Mill and last night finally built the Marketplace. I'm just hoping that someone knows, can confirm that we do in fact need at least one PvP structure to continue upgrading. Thanks

No, you do not. For this and all future upgrades, the Guildhall itself counts as one of the needed structures.
So, Lumberyard+Mill(?)+Market+Guildhall=Four
