Hey everyone. I'm not here to complain, just feeling overwhelmed a bit since I finally hit 70 on my first character. I'm a Hunter on PS4.
I spent nearly the entirety of my time leveling, in PVP matches once I hit level 30. The only questing I did were a few campaign dailies that I knew would lead to some boons. With that being said, I went from putting up 20-25 kills per round to 0-1 kills per round, if I'm lucky. Hitting level 70 was the biggest wake up call ever. There are two rogues I see every single day when I queue up to try and get my triumph seal, that sit below spawn and one shot me every time I jump down. I can't kill anyone and my stats were really quite decent when I got there.
So, I have a few questions I hope people can help me with...
1 - I had the level 65 blue set of pvp armor... my glory is maxed, but now I don't know what I can buy other than the pieces that take triumph seals. Is there anything else I can spend large amounts of glory on to give me a fighting chance while I wait to farm enough triumph seals?
2 - Is there anything worth spending grim coins on? With the gear being level 60, even though it does have set bonus', it just doesn't seem worth it.
3 - There is one necklace that costs 1 seal of triumph, its the grim neck of dominance... it is around iLVL 130 while the other necklaces in the same tab are 90. It is far better than the necklaces in the burning tab above it as well. What? Is this a mistake?
4 - Stupid question... everyone I chat with in game says "LOL U NED ARMOR PEN N GEAR", thanks. Does a armor pen really help an HR trapper? I was melting groups of 3 prior to 70. Just curious.
I guess the biggest thing, is figuring out where to prioritize. I only get to play enough during the week to get my 1 seal a day, which is really pushing it in a short amount of time with the pugs I get. I thought I had planned and saved a decent amount of resources in preparation, apparently it wasn't worth the effort. Unless I am missing something.
Thanks in advance.
