? About demon lords immortality

So I have the neck and belt, but it says it's a set of 3. I've looked time and again thru the collections menu but I don't see the third piece. The twisted weapon set is a set by it self, it's called duality I think? I can only assume that when I finish the twisted set, they will then become the last piece of demon lords? But I'm confused if it's in the demon lore set why does it say duality? Maybe it's not even the third piece. But what is ?

There should be an artifact, I can't remember which one it is though. Shards of Orcus's Wand or something like that I think.
